Structure and Engagement
The Kuenstlerhaus Dortmund is a registered association.
The international exhibition program focuses on contemporary, interdisciplinary experimentation. At the Kuenstlerhaus there is an intimate, ongoing and living involvement with art and this atmosphere naturally supports and inspires the developement of innovative projects, organized by the artist members themselves.
Also, the network of contacts that the Kuenstlerhaus maintains with regional, nation-wide and abroad cultural organizations, has increased steadily over the years. Since 1998 there is a manager on-staff to assist the day to day operations of the organization.
