The exhibition "Vom Blättern und Wischen" shows analogue and digital books by students and alumni of the department of design. Visitors are invited to view the many different analogue and digital books. The presentation provides space to reflect on the meaning of books of all forms: Is the future of books digital? Do analogue books still have a right to exist? Is there competition and what does it look like?
The exhibition shows about 100 exhibits, which in defined exhibition areas bring about a playful engagement with the medium. Visitors are constantly confronted with decision-making situations.
Numerous seating options invite visitors to linger in order to do justice to the analogue medium. In the digital realm, the interactive and intuitively operable interfaces of the e-books and book apps on display will be explored and experienced.
